To meet the ever-challenging technical requirements and growing demands of the semiconductor test equipment industry, multi-port RF products are available for 20 GHz, 40 GHz, 70 GHz and 110 GHz applications. The optimized product portfolio includes a variety of pre-assembled cables, providing flexibility for customers to configure cable assemblies. Associated with PCB connectors are 2, 4, 6, 8 and 16 channels, and pre-assembled cable pairs can be mixed. Due to the cooperation of special tools, the cable assembly can be customized according to site requirements. The pre-assembled cables are available in different configuration options as unmated cables or as mated cables with up to 2ps difference in latency. Complete cable assemblies including housings, phase matched on all channels upon request. The product range includes PCB connectors, adapters, terminations, cable assemblies and tools. The interface size is based on standard micro-coaxial cable connectors, Mini-SMP connectors, WSMP connectors, SLC and board-to-board connections, which can be used in limited spaces and have the advantage of efficient shielding.
