Two pogo pin contacts are respectively inserted into the two ends of the spring. The pogo pin contacts include a front section, a middle section, and a tail section. The front section, the middle section, and the tail section are made of copper tape by stamping in one piece and are consistent. The front section, the middle section, and the tail section are punched and rolled along the central axis; the top of the front section is pressed into a needle shape. 

The tightly wound parts at both ends of the spring and the contact parts of the pogo pin are interference crimping. The beneficial effect is: that all features are integrally formed, with extremely high consistency, reducing processing time and eliminating the need for secondary processing split teeth, increasing the production efficiency per unit time. It avoids the fatal defect of temperature rise and overheating caused by the large electrical impedance of the traditional pogo pin floating connection when the passing current is too large.
