Through years of practice and research and development, our technical team has the following mature experience in waterproofing solutions:
1. Hot pressing method
Waterproof by hot pressing method, up to IPX7 waterproof level.
2. Gold embedded injection molding
Inlaid gold injection molding, can achieve IPX7 waterproof.
3. Dispensing method
Using waterproof glue (such as UV glue), often used together with hot pressing or in-mold injection molding, it can be waterproof to 50 meters underwater.
4. O-ring method
The pin is assembled with the O-ring and pressed into the plastic hole together to achieve IPX8 waterproofing.
