When using the pogo pin, the pogo pin and the thimble hole rub against each other, the thimble will burn out or wear out, the thimble hole will wear more, and the product thimble will peel off, and even broken pins will appear. the phenomenon that affects the quality or assembly of the product. Therefore, we must regularly and regularly spray the pogo pin on the pogo pin for lubrication. So what is the principle of using pogo pins?

How to use the pogo pin? How to install the pogo pin? (Picture 1)
(1) The thimble should be arranged so that the ejection force is as balanced as possible. The demolding force required for complex structures is large, and the number of sleeves should be increased accordingly.

(2) Thimbles should be placed ineffective parts, such as bones, columns, steps, metal inserts, local thick glue, and other parts with complex structures. The apical pins on either side of the bone position and the column position should be arranged as symmetrically as possible. The distance between the thimble and the bone position and the position of the post position is usually D = 1.5MM. Make sure that the centerlines of the ejector pins on both sides of the post location pass through the center of the post location.

(3) Avoid thimbles on steps or inclined surfaces. The top surface of the thimble should be as flat as possible. The thimble should be placed on the structural part with good force.

(4) When the rubber part has a deep bone position (depth ≥ 20MM) or it is difficult to arrange a dome thimble, a flat thimble should be used. When a flat thimble is required, the flat thimble should be in the form of an insert for ease of processing.

(5) Avoid sharp-pointed steel, thin steel, especially the top surface of the thimble, and must not touch the front die surface.

(6) The thimble arrangement should consider the edge distance between the thimble and the water delivery channel to avoid affecting the processing and water leakage of the water delivery channel.

(7) Considering the exhaust function of the ejector pin, to discharge the ejector, the ejector pin should be placed in the part where a vacuum is easily formed. For example, at the large plane of the cavity, despite the small packing force of the rubber part, a vacuum tends to form, which leads to an increase in the release force.

(8) For plastic parts with appearance requirements, the thimble should not be placed on the design surface, and other spray methods should also be used.

(9) For transparent plastic parts, the thimble cannot be placed in the part that needs to transmit light.
(10) Choose a thimble with a larger diameter. That is, with sufficient injection locations, larger diameter and size preferred thimble should be used.
(11) The size of the thimble should be as small as possible. When using thimbles, thimbles should be sized to minimize size and size, and the preferred size series should be used whenever possible.
(12) The selected thimble should meet the requirements of ejection strength. When ejecting, the thimble should bear a lot of pressure. To avoid the bending deformation of the small thimble, when the diameter of the thimble is less than 2.5MM, the thimble should be selected.
