We have carried out systematic learning and training

One person cannot handle a team, a team cannot handle a system, and a system cannot handle a trend. In order for the company to rise to a new height, our teachers gave us systematic training.

A systems model refers to the planned implementation of training through a series of logical steps. In practice, the number and details of the steps will vary, but usually include the following aspects (it is also a PDCA cycle):
1. Develop a training policy (Action)
2. Determine training needs (Planning)
3. Develop training goals and plans (Planning)
4. Implement the training plan (Doing)
5. Evaluate and review the implementation of the plan. (Checking)
