It has the world's leading full hot air reflow machine, salt spray testing machine, constant temperature, and humidity machine, thermal shock testing machine, and other equipment, which can realize all environmental tests including product reliability performance testing.
The project involves many aspects: processing technology, processing methods, product materials, etc. But basically, they are all mature designs and processing techniques, which we can fully develop.
