The management department can cost control goals, quality goals, etc., and the business department can be business goals, business revenue, profit growth rate, customer growth rate, and other operating data. In practice, many companies do not pay enough attention to this issue. In the beginning, many managers or middle-level cadres often talk about these trivial events and things, instead of focusing on the goals of the department or the team. When many companies hold weekly regular meetings, the work content is not focused enough, and the regular work meeting must first focus on the goal. The second focuses on matters where key work is not going well. The third focuses on solutions.

1. The first question: what caused the work to go poorly? Talk about three internal reasons and three external reasons. 3. The third question is about the help needed. In order to do this work, to solve these problems, who, when, and what do you need help with? It must be made clear within three minutes. This is the third content of the weekly work meeting.
