3. Steel ball-type spring thimble: The needle of this structure is a bevel, and a steel ball will be added below it. This structure is complicated to process, the cost is relatively high, and the pogo pin and the pogo pin tube is poor, and the space occupied by the needle tube is also large, but the product needle and the needle tube are in good contact, and the contact resistance is also very small, mainly because the spring has an elastic force on the needle tip. A lateral component of force, which allows stable contact between the needle and the needle tube. The steel ball also has an additional current flow channel.
