Second, insulation resistance

   When a direct current potential is provided between adjacent contact points or between metals closer to the contact points, the resistance of the insulating material is detected.

   

Third, withstand voltage

  The voltage can withstand when the system voltage suddenly increases or the connector is suddenly damaged safely due to switching.

   

Fourth, positive force

Fifth, durability

   When exposed to a high-temperature environment where mechanical properties fail due to temperature changes, evaluate the impact of the environment on electrical stability. The high temperature will cause contact oxidation and reduce the positive force of the terminal, resulting in a decline in electrical performance.

   

Tenth, temperature and humidity cycle

   Evaluate the impact of this environment on the electrical stability of the contact system in an environment exposed to high temperature, humidity, and mechanical failure. These effects include accelerated oxidation of the contact surface by oxidation and metal oxidation of minute particles between the contact surface and the underlying layer.
